What used to be limited by complex mold making, high initial costs and long development times can now be implemented flexibly, efficiently and with a design-focused approach. For us, 3D printing is not a short-term trend, but a strategic step toward lighter holds, new geometries and a production process that does not slow creativity down, but makes it possible.

Why 3D printing?
3D printing gives us exactly the combination of technical freedom, efficiency and practical usability that we need in modern climbing and bouldering gyms.
3D-printed climbing holds are significantly lighter than traditional PU holds. This is particularly advantageous when setting lead routes and in everyday routesetting, also from a health perspective.
At the same time, the additive manufacturing process enables new geometries, fast development cycles and consistently high quality. Thanks to our proven macro and volume coating, we also achieve high durability, especially for smaller holds that are subject to heavy use.
In terms of feel, the holds also integrate seamlessly into the climbing experience: their surface texture is more reminiscent of macros or climbing volumes and provides reliable grip without being unnecessarily aggressive.
